We do have a section on this website that gives you the details of purchasing a holiday home. There is a selection of new and pre-owned homes available, which is updated regularly, and also a choice of vacant pitches. Each plot is individual, so we do suggest that you come and visit us to have a good look around and to get a feel for the park. 

Yes, you may visit your holiday home to check it but no overnight stays are permitted.

Owning a holiday home requires the capital investment on the initial purchase. You then have to pay annual pitch fees, rates which includes your refuge and water costs. You have metered electricity charges and LPG bottle gas which is available to purchase from the Park. It is also important that you insure your holiday home as detailed within the pitch licence agreement.

Unfortunately, we do not allow homes sited on the park to be let.

All new static holiday homes are issued with a BH&HPA and OFT licence agreement for a 15 year term. All lodge holiday homes are 30 years.

We have two dedicated dog exercise areas: one with stunning views at the top of the park and a lovely woodland walk.

New dedicated fibre is being installed for 2020 which gives holiday home owners the option to have an individual install in their own holiday home.

Yes, we have a designated parking area for boats and jet skis.
